We haven’t forgotten how the Lord started FHI with us on Friday 21st of May 2004 moving from classroom to classroom in St. John’s Grammar SHS to preach the Gospel.
For all these 20 years, The Lord has accompanied us and confirmed His word through us to yield salvation, healing, deliverance, Church planting, sending missionaries, disciple marking and impacting society.
Last Sunday, we launched the 20th Anniversary Celebration with an outreach at St. John’s Grammar SHS-Achimota, Accra which witnessed over 1,300 students hearing the Gospel with the theme: Jesus gives a life that satisfies. All glory to God for the 105 students who gave their lives to Jesus Christ and the 12 students who received the Holy Spirit baptism with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
Moreover, as part of the launch, FHI instituted the Focus Higher Excellence Awards to honour students who diligently serve the Lord and perform well in academics.
