we have heard Him and we know that this is indeed the Christ, the Savior of the world. John 4:42b
Everyone everywhere must hear and know Jesus Christ as the world’s Saviour. On the weekend of 25th to 26th May 2024, the FHI Commission on Missions landed at Presbyterian Senior Technical High School in Aburi for a two-day outreach program which included a Career Fair Workshop and Outreach Sunday Service.
The outreach witnessed the participation of two (2) FHI Partners and seventeen (17) missions team members who offer counselling, career guidance, prayers, deliverance, preaching Christ and mentoring to one thousand one hundred and ninety-six (1,196) students.
The climax of the outreach is the passionate appeal for students to run to Jesus for a life that satisfies them. The evangelistic message emphasises that life is time-bound and full of troubles but only the blood of Jesus Christ can provide a new, abundant, and eternal life.
To God be all the glory, ninety-one (91) students accepted Jesus Christ into their lives as their Lord and Savior. One hundred and eight seven (187) students also had the opportunity to rededicate their lives to Jesus. Seven (7) students received the gift of the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
We are always grateful to God for the opportunity to share the Gospel and for the continuous support of FHI leadership, Partners, associates and missions team members.
