Team Building of Finding strength in shared responsibility (FHI’s Core Value)

FHI’s Missions Coordinating Team (MCT) are together doing the work of the Lord with their unique calling and gifts.

At the just ended Missions Team Leaders Retreat and Training in Accra, the Missions Team Leaders interceded for FHI’s family for the Lord’s protection, provision and promotion.

It was a gathering of sharing the burden of ministry together. The team was equipped with the skills and knowledge in Mobilization, Leadership and Team Work.

The various teams were tasked to plan the organization of FHI’s outreaches for 20201 using the FHI’s 2021 Planner and 2021 Action Plan. This new strategy is expected to work within this structure.

#1. Mentoring in Missions
#2. Missions Awareness Campaign
#3. Weekly prayer for the unreached groups.

The Team is available and ready to do more for the Lord in this year of doing the work of an Evangelist.
